SX-ECFNA-300ALDGH Series

The SensorsX SX-ECFNA-300ALDGH series is a high-precision current transducer that uses fluxgate technology to measure DC, AC, pulsed and non-sinusoidal currents. Galvanic isolation makes it suitable for precision current measurement in industrial systems. A nominal ±300 A DC input produces a proportional ±150 mA output at a conversion ratio of 1:2,000. It offers accuracy better than 0.05% at 25 °C and a DC–100 kHz bandwidth (−3 dB) for tracking changing currents. The transducer operates from a dual ±12 V to ±15 V supply, with a green LED indicating normal operation.

  • Nominal Input: ±300 A DC; 212 A AC RMS.
  • Measuring Range: −440 to +440 A at ±15 V with a 10 Ω load.
  • Output / Power: ±150 mA; ratio 1:2,000; dual ±12 V to ±15 V supply (±5%).
  • Accuracy: <0.05% at 25 °C; linearity ±0.02% FS over 0 to ±300 A.
  • Dynamic Performance: DC–100 kHz (−3 dB); response ≤1 µs at 100 A/µs, 10%–90%.
  • Stability: Zero offset <±10 µA at 25 °C; output thermal drift <10 ppm over −40 to +85 °C.
  • Isolation: 5 kV AC withstand voltage, 50 Hz, 1 min.
  • Temperature: Operating −40 to +85 °C; storage −40 to +125 °C; primary conductor ≤100 °C.
  • Construction: Ø20 mm aperture; weight 110 g.

Product Overview

The SensorsX SX-ECFNA-300ALDGH current transducer uses fluxgate technology to measure DC, AC, pulsed and non-sinusoidal currents with galvanic isolation. It provides a secondary current proportional to the primary current at an output-to-input ratio of 1:2,000, with a nominal output of ±150 mA for a nominal DC input of ±300 A. The transducer requires a dual ±12 V to ±15 V supply and provides a frequency bandwidth of DC to 100 kHz (−3 dB). A green LED indicates normal operation.

Main Features
